Harper Precast is in the business of creating concrete products. The majority of these products include utility structures, such as storm boxes, intake and outflow structures, and culverts, and noise walls of any height or face design. Harper Precast also manufactures catch basins of all sizes and shapes and mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls. Precast products are strong, durable, environmentally friendly and low maintenance.

To ensure consistent, top quality products, Harper Precast continually runs compression tests on concrete and performs sieve analysis on aggregates.
