Harper
Environmental started
in 1990. Under the
leadership of Lawnie Mayhew,
Harper began aggressively pursuing
work in the environmental market.
One of the most challenging
environmental projects the
company has completed was the
Bingham Creek cleanup, which
cleaned up the environment
and thus provided a clean and
natural surrounding for an
increased parklike atmosphere.
Harper
also negotiated an impressive
five-year, multi-million
dollar contract for Envirocare,
which
began in 2003. The work
at Envirocare included the handling
of thousands of tons of
hazardous
waste materials.

the amount
of waste
we produce
are encouraged
on a
company-wide basis.
Our company
policy also
requires strict
adherence to

Management Practices” in
the handling and storage of on-site Hazardous
Materials
